I could give 0 stars to this place i would! This place has scarred me for life, literally and emotionally, and people need to know how dangerous their tattoo-removal service is. I went in for two sessions and both turned into an absolute nightmare. My hand came out burned, bleeding, blistered, and in agonizing pain because the technician was completely unprofessional and clearly not trained for tattoo removal. I had huge blisters forming all over my hand, and I even had to get medication and treatment to control the inflammation and prevent infection. Instead of fading my tattoo, she damaged my skin so severely that I now have a permanent scar. I’ll be posting pictures because people need to see the level of harm this place caused me. Nothing about the experience felt safe or handled by so

This place deserves more than 5 stars! The lady at the front desk is always kind and offers you coffee while you wait. I do leaser and my skin is doing better, I can see the difference compared with other places. I love Dora who is the lovely lady who does the facial treatments, she treats you like a good mom and leaves your skin shining. She helps with tons of advice for your daily routine.
