City Nails

"I had a disappointing experience at the salon. I went in for a fill-in on my nails and a pedicure, but the quality of work was far from what I expected. My nails didn’t dry properly, and when I returned to have them fixed, the staff seemed unresponsive and unwilling to help. It felt like they ignored my concerns, and the overall attitude was quite rude. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as the low prices don’t reflect the quality of service. I’ll share some pictures to show just how messy it turned out."and I will say that the nail tech Hannah rep polished my nails, but the job was just as worst anyway I’ll give them a -10 stars seriously they shouldn’t be in business and definitely customer service. They need to work on it sincerely.

I found the person that does a great job on my nails. Lisa, the older woman who is typically in the back doing pedicures. I’ll happily wait for her to service me. I’ve given other nail tech’s there a try, but I can always find shortcomings, which sometimes can be difficult to correct given the language barrier. “Ain’t nobody got time for that.” Therefore, Lisa is my go to. Can’t beat a $20 gel manicure, especially when its done right, and it last! She say “Wha colah you wun?” Sometimes I tell her “pick a colah.” If I tip her real good, she says “I love you!” 🥰

I told the lady about 5 times before she polished that when she added on the acrylic to my big toe it was side ways. The man comes and tell me to let her paint and it’ll be straight. Look at this shit bruh. Smh the least yall could’ve did was fix it. Now I gotta go somewhere else for them to fix yall problem

Lee Lee is the true best hand down. My nail tech for life. Tee Tee do my toe very good. All woman need.

Came here for a manicure and a pedicure, but left out with a half done manicure and I was so upset that I didn’t even want a pedicure. I show her info pic and she quoted me for $70 I said OK so she Continue And then she said she was done. I asked where were the rhinestones. She said no rhinestones. It looks like glitter. I show her the pic again And she said no rhinestone so I asked u can’t do the rhinestone She said I can, but it would Be $120 Which is fine by me the price was OK. So did she proceeded to put the rhinestones on but the rhinestones didn’t look like the picture she didn’t have the different kind of rhinestones. I think it was a problem that she tried to fix small nails on my cuticles when they didn’t fit. Bc the color was also off. SO NEVER AGAIN
