City Nails used to be a very good place to get manicures and pedicures. The manicures are still okay, but the techs that do pedicures are horrible! When the owners' daughters went away to college, the service became awful. The new techs have absolutely no clue what they are doing. I was there recently for a service. The tech didn't put a base coat on the nails. I had to stop him and have him start over. Then, the tech used polish that was too old and dried up for use but kept using it, patching up my nails to give color to the whole toenail. I had to stop him again to go back over nails. I sat under the dryer for 45 minutes only to have the nails still messed up. I even wore the spa shoes out. I wouldn't speak negatively of this place if it wasn't so. I will never ever ever go here again in life. The wait was 2.5 hours for a polish change on my toes. When I was called back, the elderly man was rushing and cut my nails uneven, and the paint isn’t even on all of my nail. The elderly man act as if he had an attitude and was very rough with me. My paint started chipping the same day. I never post reviews but this service was just terrible. I would hate for someone else to pay for something and get terrible service.
