I made an appointment for 5PM. I left around 7:30PM for a detailed holiday manicure and French tip pedicure. I would recommend this place for people who would like a place to regularly come to for less detailed nails. They care about not leaving gunk under your nails and continually assuring that you like the shape of your nails. Don’t be afraid to speak up. Although I only made an appointment for an acrylic full set, I had the time and was willing to do a pedicure but I don’t recommend doing more than what you made an appointment for here. They didn’t seem busy but it felt like an inconvenience if you know what I mean. My pedicure and pinky nail design that my technician came up with are my favorite part of the whole thing. This was my first time going there and will most likely be my last. The guy that did my nails kept getting hand cramps and shaking really bad. But my thing is if it's thar bad you should not have said you can do my nails. They are so uneven. My middle finger nail is super long compared to the rest. And the shape looked funny. I had to try and fix them some when I got home. Which I'm still going to go somewhere else and have them fix them up. For 60 dollars this was not worth it at all. Very disappointed. And they charge a fee to use debit card. I've never had that had that happen out of all the places I've gone to here. And they didn't tell me about the fee before they charged my card at that. Never again.

Speedy, Precise, Clean. This nail salon is quality like I have never had in Tallahassee before. I came in a half hour before close to get my nails taken off and a gel manicure and from the minute I walked in I was treated to excellent service. All the staff greets you with a friendly face and do their absolute best to accommodate. Andy in particular made my time at City Nails a treat. He was kind and cordial, speedy through the whole process while not sacrificing precision or quality. The salon itself is impressively clean, with delightful music, and no harsh overbearing smells that I’ve come to expect from a nail salon. Overall, I find City Nails to be a 5 star establishment and would recommend everyone come check it out.

Got my nails done on March 30th this is how they look now. My service was rushed. Very unprofessional. Wish I had used my card to pay. The one time I didn't. 🙄😢 $100 down the drain. It won't happen ever again.
