Open most days of the week. English varies (at the time of writing), but grasp of English is not a prerequisite to being able to make a good haircut for a decent price. If you can get past that, it's fine (they understand better than they speak), and my experience is that they all seem very nice and want to do well, so I choose to be patient. I typically go for a simple cut, no styling and no color and no shampoo and it usually comes out to about $24 not including tip. Parking is readily available from the small strip mall parking. Gas is available nearby in the same strip

We usually get haircuts with Maria and have also used Emily to cut my 3-year-old son’s hair. We have always been very happy with both Emily and Maria — they do an excellent job and are wonderful with kids. This time they were busy, so we decided to give Kay a try for my little one’s haircut. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The haircut was poorly done, and on top of that, Kay was quite rude. She was also rough and not gentle or polite with my child, which was especially upsetting. Emily and Maria deserve a 10/10 for their service and professionalism. Sadly, based on our experience, Kay would be a 0/10.

Regardless of what type of cut you request, you don't get any customization. The staff only cuts one style and when I called them out during the cut for ignoring my request, the stylist was immediately belligerent and yelling at me. Really disappointed. Was reluctant to post this, but after the verbal attack by the stylist, I felt compelled to warn others. When I called to speak with a manager to share my frustrations, the call taker said no manager was working. I asked for manager name and was yelled at by the woman in Korean who answered the phone and then I was hung up on. No effort to make it correct. My son was in tears. No compassion.

I’ve visited CJ Hair Cuts in Address: 24820 Community Corner Plz #125, Chantilly, VA 20152 a few times, but unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. Each time, regardless of what style I ask for, I end up with a very short or nearly bald haircut (I i want bald head i can do it for myself at home no need to visit store and spend $23 and tip). not what I wanted at all. It seems like there is a communication barrier, as the staff often don’t fully understand what I'm requesting even though i explain 2 to 3 mints before. I’m not sure if it's due to a lack of proper training, but I always leave unsatisfied. Since manager is not there at store I tried to reach manager over phone and left my number but response. I’ve been going to CJ Hair Cuts for a while now, and every visit has been fantastic! Hairstylist, Anna, does a fabulous job every single time. She really knows her craft, and I always wait specifically to get my haircut from her because I know I’ll leave happy. CJ itself is a great, family-friendly salon with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space is clean, has a nice ambiance, and even has a play area for kids, which makes it super convenient for families. Highly recommend both CJ Hair Cuts and Anna if you’re looking for quality and care!
