CK Nails

Jenny and her team always do an amazing job! I feel so welcomed every time I come in — everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive. They’re always very thorough with their services, and the massages are absolutely amazing. The color options are gorgeous too! I got a stunning chrome magnetic color on my toes that I’ll definitely be getting again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results! I have been going here for several years and the shellac/gel nails last about 3 weeks.

$60 for garbage on my nails!!!!! I very nicely told them that their service was good but the paint job was pretty bad. One lady who didn’t speak to me the entire time told me “you’re a pretty girl but you’re not very good”. Don’t go here I left with all my toes hurting cause she tried to drill my cuticles into looking good. Don’t take the risk.

First, I want to say I've been to CK many times before. Was always a good experience up to yesterday. I am very disappointed in what they did yesterday. The palace is lumpy, like it maybe old. And when I pointed out there were some problems, the nail tech didn't like it. She try to blow me off. Not nice 😕 I drove from Tacoma to get to them. I'm not sure that will ever happen again.

Design work is poor (you can see missing likes on the star, large globes on my opposite hand), she kept hurting me with the nail file repeatedly. At the end she changed me $75 for overlay on my natural nail, when I handed her $80 she said “ok bye thank you” and closed the till. Which is fine I was going to leave a tip even though I hated my nails but to assume that and not even offer the client their change is crazy. Cuticle trimmers were dirty did not come out of a package makes me wonder if they even autoclave between client use?

I wish I had gotten the names of the stylists that worked on my nails. They were both amazing! I went in wanting something cute, fun, and Halloweeny. I showed them a reference picture and said "something like that, doesn't have to be exact" honestly they're not all perfect but we were all giggling and having a great time. 😂 And I really do like the designs! One girl started my nails and one of the pros helped with some design work. They did clear dip and then used gel on top for the designs.
