I truly cannot say enough about this experience. I was very nervous about getting my brows done, but from the very beginning Clarissa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Even before my appointment, she took the time to answer all of my (many!) questions thoroughly and patiently. That level of care and professionalism immediately put me at ease. During the appointment, her calm confidence and attention to detail were so reassuring. She took proper precautions throughout the entire process, maintained a very clean environment, and handled all tools with care and professionalism. Scheduled my retouch and she forgot to Schedule me. Said she was sorry she forgot and was nasty about it. Very bad attitude and not professional at all. Will NOT recommend her place or her work since I had to get a retouch from Clarissa and in the end I did not get it done because she didn't have time for me...she said she is busy teaching and just forgot! Money was not was not an issue. I already paid her over $800 plus a big tip. She simply forgot to schedule my appointment and got defensive. I was aware of the $250 retouch fee but she got defensive when I asked why she had forgotten an appointment scheduled directly with her personal cellphone. Very bad beside manner.

I recently had my eyebrows microbladed by Clarissa, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She did an absolutely incredible job—the shape, the color, everything is perfect. I feel beautiful again, and I owe it all to her. Clarissa is super sweet and takes the time to explain every step of the process. She makes sure you feel comfortable and accommodates all your needs. My wife has been going to Clarissa for hair, makeup and eyebrows for the last few years. She is always so happy with the services provided and looks stunning as always.
