I wish this place just turned me away instead of thinking they could give me the haircut I requested. Their website says they are experienced military barbers, well that's the only haircuts they know how to do. Its my fault for not looking at the website before going. I just wish they were honest with me and said "sorry I don't actually know how to do that haircut." Its not even close to what I requested, shame on you, (I wish I got your name). Now I got to wait about 2 months for my hair to even look good. I hope this place closes down.

I showed a picture of what I was looking for and It was entirely ignored. All's they know how to do is buzz cuts and military cuts, not impressive at all. I grew my hair out for 5 months and I do a textured fringe on the top, well it was time for a routine cut, which was simply, make the sides short and the top keep it long, just a small trim on the top. That way I can still do the textured fringe. Next thing I know I am walking out with a buzz cut as if I just got enlisted into the military. Horrible job, I wish I could of gotten your name, cause I wouldn't even hesitate to list that here.

I asked for a little off the top expecting 1-2 inches at the time I had curly hair expecting for them to accept my request. Instead of using scissors and texture sheets they used clippers. They took alot off the top and only left about an inch. That what I get for not having straight hair and not a military cut. As a result she put gel in my one inch curls and messed it up and said it was good. Worst experience ever and will never come back they should learn how to cut curly hair and actually listen to what the clients want.

Jillian (I think that was her name, Korean in the 2nd chair) was very attentive to my request and spent more time than I'm used to in order to ensure I had a great haircut. Just the standard military haircut, but very meticulous! Highly recommend.

Worst experience I have ever had. They tell you the best haircut ever when your hair looks so bad. Never bring your kid here; they are so mean and belittling.
