Classic Nails in Dallas GA

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience deserves honesty. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I got my nails done Monday around 4pm, and by Thursday at about 10am one had already broken just from pushing in a rolling office chair. I’m not rough on my nails and they normally last for weeks, so this is unacceptable for a $70 service. I don’t mind paying for quality work, but this was not it. When I called to ask for a fix or partial refund, the manager was polite, but the owner refused to help solely because I was from out of town. I was also told a salon near me “would only charge $10 to fix it”, which felt rude and dismissive considering how quickly the nail failed. I love my visits to Classic Nails! I have been going to see Sing for about 6 months and I am beyond pleased and impressed at her skills and her kindness! She does an amazing job and I highly recommend! Today I decided to try a fun summer color! 😊

This was my first time coming to Classic Nails and was very impressed. Friendly atmosphere. I called to make an appointment for a fill-in and pedicure. They took me right away. After arriving, both Cindy and Kimberly were very professional and did my nails just as I requested. I will be back and recommend my friends and family to go there.

I’m not really the type of person who writes a lot of reviews unless I am truly satisfied with a service. I just came in for a simple pedicure. I was immediately greeted by the young man at the front counter, (I didn’t get his name) he was so sweet, welcoming and helpful. He helped me sign in and pick a color, showed me to a chair and even helped me adjust the settings on the massage chair. The wonderful young lady Lisa did my pedicure, first of all she did a fantastic job. She was so sweet and friendly. I am naturally a nervous and shy person, but these two instantly made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. Outstanding customer service. I have never left this salon disappointed. Everyone is kind, good at what they do, and accommodating. You can request things that may not be the norm - extra coat of polish for example - and they’re always happy to go the extra mile. The place is often full of customers, but the wait times are never long and they do not rush you out. Top notch service!
