Classy Nails and Spa

Every time I go to Nina for my pedicure, she does an amazing job. She’s so sweet and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I definitely recommend her!

Highly disappointed I was just there 3 days ago for this and spent an outrageous amount of money for “high quality” service there’s no reason why my nails should already look like this.

Absolutely horrid. Gave reference photo BEFORE sitting down. Asked SPECIFICALLY if they could do my nails this exact way. I was told yes. She gets to the pant portion and has two of the five colors asked for. Tried doing only a single coat of black nail polish and it had blotches in the single coat. Then when she did the “cat eye” she didn’t even apply a clear coat and started filing down my nails. She tried to clear coat my nails with dust and debris on them. Wow. I literally will NEVER step foot back there nor recommend ANYONE to this place. Trash and the least amount of colors possible. Never again.

I decided to give this place another shot since they changed ownership. BIG MISTAKE. Not only are all my nails uneven, they have dints in them and I have 4 small cuts on my fingers from her tool. Everytime I said something she laughed and said sorry. I was so upset I didn't let her paint them. All I wanted was a simple file down and fill-in. I ended up with a straight mess.. Now I have or find someone to fix them or do it myself. Stay clear of this place..

We have been to the salon multiple times and I’ve always felt that their services were a little overpriced but because they’re so quick with their service we went back. Today was an exception. I took my daughter in to get a new set of gel acrylics put on and I explained specifically what she wanted because she is nonverbal. I left to run my errands and came back and it was the exact opposite of what I wanted. Because she has limitations we wanted a short set of nails and as you can see on the right, those nails are not short. I had to come home and clip and file her nails. Keep in mind, I asked the young lady doing her nails can you cut them after they’re painted and she said no. But as you can see I did and they still look good. I feel like they did a long set so they could charge more mo
