Classy Nails and Spa Wichita

I have gone to classy nails for years and even had my wedding nails done here, and I have not and any complaints until I got my nails dont recently. I had gel nails done and it broke on my pinky later that day and I went back in to get it fixed, which they did not charge me. However, my finger was throbbing and swollen for 2 days. My nails just came off yesterday and now that same finger is lifting from the nailbed. I am really disappointed in how rushed I was when getting it fixed and I personally feel that it was done incorrectly and now I am suffering the consequences. On top of what I have already said. During my appointment I was switched nail techs because I guess her shift was up and had someone else finish me off. It just makes me question their scheduling becuase I had a schedule

Did a Mother-daughters spa night and we enjoyed it immensely. They took their time doing the massage and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Customer services was very welcoming. Thank you! We will be back!

VY was amazing today. She was very professional and kind. Love love love my nails. The customer service at this place is exceptional. All the staff are super friendly and kind. Its very clean and neat.

If I could do negative stars I would. I asked for a simple basic pedicure with Gel French. I asked her three times and showed pictures of what I wanted. Still didn’t get the shape or thickness I wanted; and very uneven lines. After the third time I gave up. When i paid I let the front cashier know he didn’t care. I didn’t have the time to wait for it to be fixed as I had been there for over an hour for the most basic pedicure. The next day my nail chipped on vacation… the whole purpose I got gel… I won’t be back ever.

I absolutely loved my experience on 8/2/25! My nail tech was a guy named Vu and I’ll be going back to him every chance I get! He told me “just relax, I got the rest!” And that he did! He was very personable, professional, and quite the comedian! Truly a great human. He was able to mend 2 toenails that had split in half. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied periodically. He also did my full set and nailed it!! The shape, length, and design are perfect! He had me and the lady next to me laughing hysterically and the boss (I’m assuming) joined in on the comedy as well. My granny loved her nails also. Overall, thanks to Vu, I had a wonderful experience! 10/10 The only con was that my granny paid for her eyebrow wax and wasn’t satisfied with the outcome.
