Classy Nails & Spa

Got my nails done there about two weeks ago. Manicure with gel polish only. After about a week, I started developing two blackish spots under two of my nails. Concerned that it could be an infection, I went back to have them remove it. Luckily, it was not an infection and it was not on my nail. It was between my nail and the gel polish. It did look quite gross when they put the chemical on to take the gel off. They acted very unconcerned about the whole situation. I will never go back!!

Google maps doesn’t give good directions. Hard to get good answers if you call. Even more difficult to get answers once you arrive. No disinfectant/prep in the foot bath. Place hasn’t been inspected in a while. Can’t recommend. This was the FASTEST pedicure I have ever gotten. From sitting down to finish was 17 minutes. Also NO A/C on. If you are looking for a relaxing service….this isn’t the place.

Called. 6:13 asking about a pedicure and was rudely told it was $28 was being heard and they were closed. I was in the area, The sign was still lit saying they were open. She told me to come tomorrow and just hung up on me.

I went in for a gel pedicure and was serviced by the male nail technician, Phillip. He was very kind and provided great service. I am more than happy about the quality of my nails. I don’t live in the area which makes me sad because I wish I could come back for my next appointment!

She made me bleed by rubbing way too hard with the file then ignored the other foot all together. She cleaned up my mother's station and my own before I was done. The nail polish application was gooey and not smooth. I waiting 30 min after my appointment with my feet in warm (not hot) water before getting a quick and careless pedicure. I am sitting here unsure if she is even done as she has started to give someone else a manicure.... very frustrated.
