Classy Nails

My pedicure was very rushed and staff did not seemed welcoming. To start off, I ask for the gel polish that apparently "glows in the dark". It does not glow in the dark and I got my pedicure done on Saturday & 2 days later gel polish is coming off my toes. They used to provide good services, I don't know what happen now.

My sister took me for a spa day. The lady doing my nails seemed to be in a rush. She was very inpersonal didn't want to hold any sort of conversation and seemed annoyed with small questions asked. I have bad ingrown nails she just clipped one or two of the tips to make them short and didnt even clean out from umder any of the nails on my hands or feet. She cut one of my toe nails 1/2 way down the nail leaving a split nail and then instead of trying to fix the broken nail or even mentioning it she just covered it with clear polish. The pedi and mani was botched as pictured below. She left a sharp pice of acrilic pointing up on the top of my pinky finger that another worker just filed down then dismissed all of my other concerns. No AC. ROACHES. Rude staff. ROACHES. No products used on feet except water but the pedicure is 45. ROACHES. Hardly clipping your nails. My baby neice couldve done the same job...in a clean house. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. There are way nicer places charging less money and bringing u a glass of wine.

This place is a hit or miss. I had a guy do my nails last times and it came out great. This time, it wasn't the same person (and I'm ok with that as long as the service is the same). I attached the picture, you can see the gel nail is chunky, full of bubbles and she glued the polish to my skin and cuticle. Unfortunately, I'll have to go somewhere else to get it redone.

That was my second and last time of ever coming to this place they’re rude and the place itself is trashy and they charge high prices like their modern and they are not! I don’t know what their service is like because I didn’t get past the door. The woman was so nasty do not come here to get your nails done nobody’s gonna pay to be talked to like a dog!!
