I’ve known Tony Doan and the team at Classy Nail Spa for some time, and I feel compelled to share my true experience regarding their professionalism and work ethic. One thing that really stands out is that Tony seems to know every customer’s name. It didn’t take him long to learn mine, and I really appreciate that sense of welcoming from everyone there. In an industry where customer service is everything, Tony has always demonstrated a high level of integrity and dedication. Far from the misconceptions some might have, I have witnessed him be nothing but respectful, hardworking, and passionate about his craft. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service from people who actually care.

For the Lady in the back that left a petty, defamatory review for this endearing, high quality, personable and next to none Nail Spa... shame on you. It's clear you targeted this family owned business to get free services. My family, friends and I, have been coming here for over 14 years and praise their business to whomever asks where I get my nails done. Tina, Tony and Ms Helen are gifted in their craft. Tony had even gone as far as coming to the hospital to accommodate my asking to get my nails done before a surgery that would have me out for awhile. When you get services done, you are sitting in that chair for well over 30/40 minutes staring at the process of getting your nails done. You know right then and there if you have a chip or if it's the wrong color. They always ask often,

They have the air quality filter machines that keeps the site clean and free of harmful chemicals. No waxing services. Surcharge for credit card purchases, so bring cash. Staff is very nice, and know their customers. I was in a hurry and only got a polish change, for $15.

Tony was very personable. Called me by my first name my entire time in; I was a new client. Great first time experience. He tailored my nails specifically to my liking. They are literally perfect. I will be back. ❤️

I’ve been going to Tony for years. He is the BEST!! I actually moved north of Shreveport and still drive every other week for Tony to do my nails. The salon is always clean and my appointment time is my time. There is no moving back and forth between clients. Tony is meticulous and my nails always look perfect. Solar (pink and white) nails are his specialty. I highly recommend this salon. Tony, Tina and Helen are all excellent!
