The salon offers the widest range of African hairstyles and services for African hair in one place that I know of. The salon is warmly decorated and comfortable to wait in and have your hair done. Great sinks and hair dryers. There are multiple stylists who have different schedules and specialties. It’s nice to have one on one discussions for scheduling as you can also send photos and describe the desired design. Shout out to Kia! She creates beautiful designs and is a complete pleasure to talk to. She has given me a braided up pony tail twice as well as a shampoo press and trim - all excellent!

I was hesitant about posting this because I've received great service in the past but this last visit was just too much for me! First, the stylist insisted I buy hair of two different colors of hair to get the tone I wanted causing hours more of work instead of just letting me get an hombre pack of hair like the client did next to me who got the same style but got to leave hours earlier. Secondly she over booked and stopped doing my hair completely to do braids on another clients hair entirely before coming back to mine. Thirdly I told her I needed my hair a certain length to be within regulations at work and she totally forgot causing her to have to cut it awarkdly. I thought it was ok before I left not being able to see the back but once I got home I saw how bad it was and had to redo it
