Claudia's Beauty Salon

I need to preface this by saying that I'm deeply discouraged and saddened that I'm even here writing this review.  I've been a devoted client of Claudia's (Claudia M) for well over a decade.  I have even followed her location to location, (further drive).  She currently rents space at Sachi Salon Studios.  I have also always appreciated her energy and styling from day one.  At some point, and just over the last few months, certain remarks have been made, extremely unfiltered and overstepping some serious professional boundaries. Some items that stand out provoke some serious insecurities.  For example, continuing to press the idea of topical remedies for hair loss.  Constant pressing to get surgical hair plugs.  Sadly, witnessing her frustration(s) with how "I" style my "Own" hair, that d

I had such a great experience! The environment was clean and welcoming, and the customer service was amazing from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that — if not better. My hair feels healthy, refreshed, and beautifully styled. 10/10 experience! Beautiful environment, great customer service, and amazing quality work. I left feeling confident and obsessed with my hair. The wait time was minimal and the quality of work speaks for itself. Highly recommend!
