Clay Nails

I've been going to clay nails for years, I'm not a true regular but I go for birthdays, before vacations, and "girls days" as my niece calls them. I've given them the benefits of the doubt in the past when things have been screwed up with my nails, but this time it's too many issues. Yesterday I asked for short coffin nails, she cut them in coffin shape and somehow I ended up with narrow square nails. The nails point up instead of following my nails natural shape, and they're so thick I can't even get my nails clipper on them to cut them off. My nieces nails look beautiful so I'm not sure why mine look like this, these are for vacation and also a treat to myself for my birthday and I just want them off.. today I drove to the salon to get them fixed and they're closed even tho Googles hour

I would not recommend this place. My friend and I tried this place and I was very disappointed. The pedicure was $50 and I can’t believe the minimal work that was done. Cold bath water, minimal scrubbing, no callus removal even though it was in the description, barely any maintenance done, and that was it. I have had a LOT of pedicures and they didn’t do much and no salts, scrubs, or barely any lotion. I went to get a spa treatment and a nice pedicure when I guess I could have done better at home, very disappointing. I can’t believe the poor quality. The color was nice and the paint job was decent with a design and that’s it. DO NOT recommend, wish I could get my money back.

I'm not kidding when I say this is the best manicure experience I've had. The shape may not be my style, but I had never tried it before so that's on me. This is the first time I've left a shop with what I asked for at a reasonable price ($45 before tip which is good for Upstate NY). Not only are the nails not chunky, they don't have any of the clumps under them that I've gotten at numerous other locations. If you're in Oswego, it is worth the drive down. P.S. my middle finger looks irritated around the edge due to my own picking habits, not due to the technician.

Asked for powered ombré French tips. They told me they don’t normally do them anymore because it takes too long. After they looked like this only 10 mins into my appointment (that was made) I asked them to take them off and do regular acrylic with gel polish instead. They had me soak my nails for 30 mins while my friend continued to get her nails done. Then they told me they weren’t going to do a set for me because “they had other people who made appointments”. I made an appointment a week in advance.

Teresa did my nails! It was my first experience at Clay Nails, my first time getting dip and I absolutely loved it! Turned out exactly like the photo! Definitely worth the time and money. I came from Oswego too! My daughter was loving hers too! My mom got a beautiful purple dip and is in love with the quality!
