Emalyn has been doing my hair for a while now, and I’ve never had a bad experience with her. She’s always open to hearing my hair concerns, and each of my services has had clear communication and explanation. When I told her I was ready to grow my hair long again, she took time to go over products and to explain how styling will change with my hair length. When I first started getting my hair colored by her, she invested time into finding the perfect shade of red I wanted, even if it took a couple different formula ratios. But each time we changed the formula, she explained the science behind it as much as I needed to understand and feel confident. Emalyn was amazing! She was professional, friendly, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and explained what she was doing, which I really appreciated. The end result looked great and exceeded my expectations. I just want to start off by saying the ladies at the salon are very kind but I am just truly devastated by my experience here. In the middle of January I had gotten around 100 grams of ktip extensions or so. Well, I had my hair done for my wedding 48 hours after. While I do believe that was the reason for some early shedding, I don't believe that is why I'm sitting here half bald. I got them removed today and I now have close to 50% less hair than when I first walked in for the extension installation. I'm not sure if it was installation or removal that went wrong, but I'm now going to have to cut my hair to my shoulders because of how wispy it is. I was told I would not lose that much hair when I got them removed. I'm not even sure I have enough hair to cover clip and extensions at this
