Cleopatra Nails

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with both the quality of work and the customer service at cleopatra salon in Norwalk Ct. I was unhappy with my UV gel refill because the shape was uneven, the polish was bubbly and paint job was sloppy. I didn’t realize the extent of what they had looked like until I stepped out into natural light. By this point, I had returned back to work and decided to go back to the salon with my concern not even a half hour later. When I politely pointed this out and asked for them to be fixed, the staff completely refused to redo them or offer a proper solution without having to pay full price AGAIN. It is UNPROFESSIONAL to charge full price for sub-par work and then refuse to stand behind your services. I will not be returning and suggest going elsewhere if you value q

what i asked for vs. what i got 😂😂 lady if u can't do nails, find a new profession because this is honestly embarrassing. i asked for short square square and she gave some raggedy half asked uneven $90 hack job. not only are the nails awful but she was rude the entire time. the person who did my pedicure and the shoulder message were wonderful. its a shame they work somewhere that business is being driven away by cici who works chair 1 and has all the negative reviews on here 😒 btw this was a fresh uv gel set

I wanted to give them a great review for a couple reasons. Amazing foot massage and also for integrity. I had my nails done recently and they looked amazing. Had an issue bc they were on the slightly thinner side so I went back in, let them know and they took care of it without any complaints!! Such great customer service and I highly recommend this place. 👌😍

Terrible rushed experience. The end manicure was messy. Cici who did my nails was very rude as well. When I noticed she was finishing with the top coat after 2 coats with obvious gaps. I politely asked if she could add another layer as it was still streaky, she snapped at me saying I shouldve known I wanted another layer. I will never come back here. Worst manicure ever

It may depend on who you go to, but the gel manicure chipped and 2 nails actually broke within 5 days… I asked for 3 coats but maybe the polish was old? That’s never happened to me before. My nails looked very thin and soft. My first time going, but probably not a return customer.
