This shop is amazing! I love getting my nails done here and the staff is super kind and attentive especially the owner Kim! Me and mother have been going to her for a while now and the experience is a 10/10. Each member of staff pays very close attention to detail when doing manicure and pedicure! Come check it out and look at my nails they are wonderful!

I am OBSESSED with this place!!! I love it so much that no one else in Virginia is ever touching my nails again. Kim is HANDS DOWN the best nail tech — period!!! I work at the front desk of a hotel and meet people all day long, and I constantly get compliments from both men and women. My pedicure was done to absolute perfection, and my feet look AMAZING! This place is a must-go — walk-ins are welcome just make sure you call ahead to book an appointment, especially for Sundays!

I just left Cllinton Nails & Spa satisfied and with a new manicure that I never had done before. This technique uses chrome powder. It is so shiny and different. I really enjoyed the service provided here. My manicurist Ann was very skillfully and detailed oriented. She masters the nail clipper and has taste and good customer service. Also if you pay in cash they give you a discount. I paid $50 dollar for this service.

I have had a great experience at Clinton Nail and Spa since it has a new owner Kim. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The salon was clean and relaxing, and they paid great attention to detail on my nails. My manicure turned out beautiful and lasted a long time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services and excellent customer care.

Would not recommend this place. I received a pedicure on Monday, and my toenail is now infected and pussing. During the pedicure, my toenail actually started to bleed, and two days later it looks even worse. On top of that, my overall experience was disappointing. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment and was told I’d receive both my pedicure and Gel X set at the same time. However, when I arrived, the owner (Kim) m wasn’t there yet and I was told she’d be in, in 15 minutes. My pedicure was done first and took almost an hour — even though it was just a basic pedicure — and my nails weren’t started until after that. I ended up spending about 2.5 hours there. Overall, poor hygiene practices and disorganized scheduling made this an unpleasant experience.
