This person cut my neck with the trimmer though I asked him not to cut from the side edge of the trimmer. I hardly review about anyone but, this one was one of the experience which nobody wants.

Ricky is a great barber! Always cuts hair well and professionally.

I've gone here since I was little, and because of my curly hair, I've trusted Molly to do my hair. That being said, after today, with the time that has passed, I realize I let a lot of her and the shops bad service and inconsiderate tendencies slide. They not considerate about anyone's time, she wastes your time by having you sit for 30mins extra on top of calling or having an appointment. Having you waste more than an hour by not communicating with you. And this happens everytime, and I excuse it but no more. I'm beyond upset and I will not be going back. If I were to recommend anyone it would be only Ricky. Horrible feeling left everytime by the shop. Horrible service, bad time management. Reconsider your options before you resort to this.

Customer Service is not good! I called and asked for Cyndi to do my eyebrows on a Saturday but they said she was busy so the sister said I could come on Sunday. I asked what time Cyndi would be there and Molly said 11am. I came at 11:02 and she said Cyndi wasn’t coming because she doesn’t have an appointment. She has 3 kids and wouldn’t come from just eyebrows. I think that was so disrespectful and inconsiderate of their clients time. It doesn’t matter if I’m only getting eyebrows, you told me that should would be there and I drove 20 minutes out. She told me her mom will do them but her mom messed up my eyebrows previously and she had to keep waxing to get it right. This is terrible!
