CLOSED: Elements Massage

Wellness plan member for 2 hour massages I have paid $139 a month for the last 12 months. This place has cancelled so many scheduled massages made online months ahead of time. The Marlborough location changed the two hour massage to 1 and 1/2hrs instead twice. Only had 3 of the 12 because of the inconsistent staff. If you want to feel like your wallet has been gutted. Do their wellness plan. A total of $1668 gone. And if you want out. You have 60 days to use the massages up. Too bad they just keep canceling. I waited to the end of the membership for this review. Here's what I got. The therapists are good at what they do. But don't expect to see them on a regular basis. The location maybe should update the website and their therapists availability if a month to 3 months is not enough tim

Just gother a massage this morning, and was one of the best massages that I ever had. Hailey, my terapist was super amazing. Very professional and did an awesome job with the hot stones. No doubt that I will continue to book appointments with her. She was very knowledgeable about areas of my back, neck, and shoulders. Most of all she gave my back a great new feeling. Feeling great, thanks to her magical hands.

I was having severe pain shooting up my spine and around my ribcage. My sister was visiting at the time and I wanted to feel better so we could showing her around MA. They were able to schedule both of us at the same time. Stephanie was my massage therapist and she was explaining what was happening with my muscle spasms and was able to work them out. Its been over a month and I've not had that pain since. It's a lovely little day spa and I highly recommend it.

I had a recurring monthly massage scheduled there for most of 2019. When I was there & had massages and used their services, they were great. But, recently they've had very low staff availability, and they canceled my massages on me 3 months in a row. Rescheduling put me a month out. Finally in late October, I called to cancel my monthly membership as they were still trying to reschedule a massage from August into November. The staff was very friendly and did all they could do to help me, they just merely didn't have enough staff to cover the amount of customers for the business. They don't currently have a manager on site. They have one from a sister store visiting every so often to manage these issues for them. I have been going there for almost 4 years. Lauren is a experienced professional therapist, who can customize the sessions according to the specific client needs. Whether you need stress reduction, or really deep tissue, she can do it all. Highly recommended. The staff at the front desk is courteous and very friendly making customers feel welcomed at this place.
