Where to start? Called for an appointment no prices over the phone. Came in $90 for an hour! She charged me before the service even started. Room was cold, the cd of spa music kept skipping tracks. She had to keep going over to reset it. I came in for neck pain, it feels worse now. I have never gotten a massage where I needed to hold my breathe. She was pushing so hard on my neck and shoulders it was cutting off my throat. She didn’t use enough oil and now I have rub burn kinda spots on my back. The hot towel was hot for less then 10 secs then felt like a cold wet rag all over my body, making me more cold. No hot stones. At the end had to give my card again to tip. So taxed twice. She offered a refreshment. I took and soda and it was stale.

I've been to Cloud 6 a few times and have always had amazing service , but today was next level ! I tried a new massage therapist, Emma , who specialized in deep tissue therapy , and wow-- what a game changer ! I've been to 5-star spas and other massage places , but Emma truly worked magic on my built-up tension . I feel so relieved and renewed . Highly recommend this place and especially Emma if you are looking for real results !

The owner is currently facing legal issues, and her other store was recently shut down by authorities. I advise avoiding this location for the time being. Please stay alert and take care, everyone.
