Cloud 9 Foot Spa Pearland

I have been a loyal client at Cloud Nine for years and even have a package there, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I called this weekend to book an appointment and the receptionist took all my information as if I were a new client, even though I’ve been coming there for years. After finally locating my account, I asked to book with Jenny. I was first told 1:00 PM was available, then told it couldn’t be booked because the room was overbooked. I was then offered a 6:00 PM appointment with Jenny, which I accepted and specifically confirmed before hanging up. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me I was not booked at all. I had an amazing massage experience with Mindy! The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed — firm pressure, focused attention to my problem areas, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Kendall at the front desk was also incredible. She was welcoming, kind, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. She made the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and comfortable. Great service all around — I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time at Cloud 9 Pearland. The facility is clean and calm. I got the 30 minute foot and 30 minute body massage. Mindy applied just the right amount of pressure. I’m already looking forward to my next massage!
