Cloud 9 Nails and Spa

This visit to Cloud 9 Nails was mediocre at best. I brought in my favorite OPI nails color and was assured they could match it. The color used was much lighter than my polish color and it was put on so thin, the nail shows thru the pink polish. During the time she was supposed to be doing my nails, she walked away to "wax" another customer and was constantly on the phone. I will definitely not be returning for any services. All the salon employees were very nice, but that doesn't make my nails look any better.

My mom and I went here and it was an okay experience. I got acrylics done and 2 of my nails turned out really crooked but they still look cute. My mom was trying to get a manicure but all they did was paint her nails and as soon as we got home her nails were chipping. There prices are good though. Overall pretty good service but just some issues.

Y'all this is the best salon I have been to in YEARS! After my previous salon, did a terrible job on my pedicure I decided to give this place a try. Donna was absolutely amazing!!!!! She dug out my ingrown toenails and was very kind and gentle! She asked if I was okay many times! Also the other sweet lady started my fill and even filed under my nails! She did great! Donna finished my nails and WOW! I am impressed! They're absolutely gorgeous 💅 ❤️‍🔥💯 THANK YOU CLOUD 9!!! Y'all just gained a lifetime customer!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Best nail salon in Edmond for sure. Super friendly and funny staff! They did a great job on my nails both finger and toe lol! I asked if they could match my swim suit colors and they got it pretty spot on! Absolutely killed it! 😁 thank you guys! I’ll definitely make this my go to place from now on!
