Eyebrows were ok. The part that disappointed me was the fact she talked to a lady from another shop the whole time she did my mani and pedi she didn't massage my hands or put any oil or lotion on them. She put moisturerizer and sugar scrub on and did not rub it in. I had to ask her to turn on the chair and sheonly turn on the head part. When she messaged my feet it hurted. The lady from the other shop finally left. I have a headache. SMH

Cindy did an awful job with my nails from getting the shape right, to the color match and then the final polish ended up being 3 layers to try to fix the mess underneath. 55$ illspent. I couldn’t afford to leave a tip - I really would have wanted her take it all off but I didn’t have the time. Never again. And no offer to take off anything even though I told her I was not happy with the outcome.

Kevin & his staff are always friendly & professional! It’s always nice to see their familiar faces when I’m back in town. Did I mention they do the best eyebrow waxing? Because they do!

I went in for a walk in for an acrylic fill. The service took 1.5 hours for the fill. My cuticles were bleeding and the nail polish was flooded into my cuticle. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Long wait with an appointment! I called at 12 and made appt for 2 pm When I got there at 150 waited til 245 in cold water . When I reminded Owner Kevin I had an appt (cuz I swear they skipped me ) He was like I thought u were coming when u called at 12 ! No sir why would we agree on 2 pm if I ment 12?? Just say u got busy and can’t manage time ! When I told 2 people that my water was cold they ignored me . The foot massage is 1 min !! For both feet !! 30 seconds per foot even with spa pedi!!
