Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Spent hundreds of dollars in this store. Store policy used to be if we didn’t use the product we could return for a full refund. No longer the case. I even avoided shopping on Amazon for product to support locally (even though you’ll find way better deals online for the same exact product). Sadly not returning. No loyalty for their customers. This is my local beauty store. My daughter and I come here all the time. The staff and very nice. They have a great line of kids products. We normally get the "just for me-curl peace" line and the "aunt Jackie's" line. We get our shampoo and conditioner here (cream of nature mango and shea) and our deep conditioners. I get my daughters beads, rubber band, barrettes, crochet needle, bonnets for kids, etc... from here. It's really a one stop shop. I recently submitted an edit to update their hours. They are open on sundays. I bought a kids brand of synthetic hair from here and needed another wooden braiding hair rack and to my surprise they were open and had it. Anywho, I love this place. I just wish they had some sort of punch card cause ya girl spends a lot of time and money here lol ❤ all

SUPER OVERPRICED!! They make everything higher. I paid $9 for an EDGE CONTROL! Anything here is gonna be higher than the price at any other store, except for the braiding hair. And they always look at you like your finna steal, and depending on whose there, rude

This store has a really nice selection and is in a convenient location. However, the owners or staff will watch you like a hawk as if you’re only there to steal which is uncomfortable. But like I said they have a great selection of products.

I walked into this store not having a clue about how to help my severely damaged hair, but there was an angel there that was so knowledgeable and sweet! Loved her!!! she was so patient with me and recommended an amazing product, but just the sample size, which is kinda shocking, usually people try to sell me an entire system, that costs $$$. Not this time, just a $3 sample (2-3 uses on a two step system) and was told "try this, then come back and buy the big one." Yes ma'am that shiit was awesome!! I will be back to get the rest! It was honestly the sweetest-nicest exchange I have had with another human in a while ♡♡♡
