Really bad nail place, my girl just came home like this from this place, didn’t even feel like going back for a refund or for them to fix it, really bad customer service. Don’t let the good reviews fool you. [note: nails done by the owner ]

Worst pedicure I have EVER had. My toenails were unevenly cut if cut, polish didn't cover to the edges or tops of my toenails and wasn't straight on the cuticle edge. He didn't clean up spots of polish on my skin. It was my own fault for not looking and paying attention at the time. I will definitely not be going back and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!!! Wasn't happy I didn't have an appointment even though there was only one customer who was finishing and he was sitting in a pedichair doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Now I know why!!!

From out of town so wasn't sure of any places around. I received an acrylic fill in and she was fast but efficient! Very nice and soft handed with the drill. Absolutely loved it! Aunt received a pedicure and it was the best one she's had in a while. 😁 the massage was great and her nails came out great as well! Most definitely will be returning 👏🏽🥰

People were nice. Nice color selection. My nails were filed way too thin and the shape is awful.

I have been going to Cns Nails for five years. I have been Naples for 10 so For the first five years, I went to Salon after Salon after Salon. All recommendations and I wasn’t happy with Any of the service or personalities of the nail technician. Someone in my community recommended Christine at Cns Nails and I have been going there ever since. I have never had an issue. Christine is professional and accommodating, and has a high-quality of expertise. It’s rare that I have to wait more than five minutes. She’s always on time. She’s fun to talk to. And treats all her customers with professionalism. The salon is clean so I would highly recommend CNS for anyone in the Naples area, especially on the east trail.
