Service very poor Wait time - 50-60min Artistic skills only one person. - moderate Customer care- poor Sterilization- poor- instruments are just pouched- not autoclaved. RED FLAG Beautiful renovation, good Christmas decor. Our appointment was booked online for 11:30am and we got confirmation through WhatsApp text. We were seated right away but now one was available and we were not attended for 40min. The water we soaked our feet in got so cold. Even the person who came said that- oh this water is so cold. 4 people left the place while we were waiting because they were done waiting too When they Started with pedicure and he was Scrubbing very aggressively, I was not comfortable, i kept saying please be gentle, but I was not heard. Everyone had their moving station, and everyone was looking

My service today had a bit of a bumpy start, the manager was running a few minutes late and the nail techs who were there weren’t sure who was doing my service. After everything was all sorted out i had a great experience. I got a citrus pedicure from Linda and it was fantastic. The most relaxing pedicure i’ve ever had! I then got a full set from Tom and I am blown away by him!! He is so thorough and will take the time to make sure you’re leaving with what you want. I’m also impressed by the cleanliness. The entire time I was there, there was an employee walking around sanitizing chairs, pedicure bowls, and nail stations. I will definitely be back!

Bell and Lan were fantastic, i loved loved their work. They were really attentive and friendly. This was my first time getting Gel X and I had an amazing experience. They took their time explaining the process and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The staff was super friendly and patient, and the nail art came out beautiful. You can really tell they care about their work and don’t rush. I’m so happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back to visit Lan and Bell!

Returned here for a gel builder manicure after my previous set of red snowflake engagement nails they did in December. My nail tech, Daiana, was the absolute sweetest! She was very communicative about the entire process and explained why we were doing what we did. We yapped about our favorite books and movies and her attention to detail the entire time she worked on my nails was amazing. 1000000/10 recommend this location—the staff/environment are always so great!

Had a great experience at the new Coco nail bar. Happy to see that they are business in Crystal Lake. Tina greeted me warmly when I came in and answered all my questions before my services. Tom did an amazing job on my physical nails and I highly recommend you asking for him when you come in. Really good prices for great service.
