10 stars across the board if I could. Today service was absolutely fabulous 😍. My nail tech who did my nails was a cutie pie. From the moment you walk-in to getting everything done and leave out the door, they make you feel like a Million bucks. I highly recommend everyone to come support this Nail shop. Best of the best Nails Shop in town.

TL;DR: My first appointment was very disappointing due to poor structure and service. However, the salon followed up twice to offer a refund or redo. I returned for a fix, and the second experience was significantly better. I appreciate the accountability. Star: 3.5 but since that isn’t an option, I went with 4 (rounding up). ⸻ I originally booked a Russian manicure with Gel-X and left extremely disappointed. The service did not match what was booked, the manicure was incomplete, and no proper apex was built, leaving the nails structurally unsupported (see photos). From the front they looked fine, but the side profile clearly showed the lack of structure. I arrived for a 2:00 PM appointment and wasn’t seated until about 2:20 PM. I have been coming here for a while, and since the new management took over, the atmosphere has completely changed for the better. The vibe is so much more welcoming and positive. The new manager is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. The space is always spotless and well maintained. I truly love the work they do here and cannot recommend this place enough.

After a long stressful day I decided to take some time to get my nails done. While there I figured a pedicure will help. I had never been here before but they had great reviews. It was a sweet older woman who did my pedicure I wish it would have been more on my feet and more of an actual massage rather than just blobs of lotion. My nail tech was a man he was funny but also some of the stuff he said made me uncomfy. Now the reason I am writing this is because I got my nails done yesterday Monday October 27th and today Tuesday October 28th my nails are awful they are bubbly and peeling off.
