I paid $120 for a Gel Phil and four days later, five of my nails were snapping off. Not even snapping off in an area that would not hurt but lower than my nail bed. I have spent eight months growing out my nails and taking care of my nail health, To now having to cut them all off and start all over. I feel like they do not care about your nails rather than just taking your money. My appointment was on August 22 and I’m currently getting my nails cut off and redone four days later. I am so upset, do not go here if you care about nail health. I am in so much pain and lucky these didn’t all snap right off.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was not good. The service felt extremely rushed from the beginning. The nail tech didn’t ask or confirm how long I wanted my nails—despite me mentioning I wanted them short, she didn’t show me the length beforehand and just went ahead. She was also multitasking by attending to walk-in customers during my appointment, which made the service feel even more rushed and inattentive. The materials did not appear to be properly sterilized, and the electric nail file had little to no power. The shaping was inconsistent—some nails were almond-shaped, others were more round—and the overall finish was messy and sloppy, with little attention to detail. I really hate leaving a bad review it makes me feel terrible but in this case, I found them to be so extremely rude that if I could spare someone from feeling what I did today, that’s what I’m hoping for… I went there today hoping to find a new Nail Salon it ended up being so disappointing! The nail technician was so cold and rude! I couldn’t wait for her to be finished so that I could get out of there….They really need to work on their customer service very unprofessional and extremely over priced! Save your money!!! There are so many other places to go… Just wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went… because what I read in the reviews is all very accurate!

All the workers especially front desk have terrible attitude. They got rid of John who was the only person I would see!!! He deserved better than the way they treated him!! And they’re expensive for the atmosphere you have to deal with.

I had previously given them 5 stars bc I got a good gel manicure. But when I came to soak off my gel, they rushed the process so much and used a power tool to get off the gel, and didn’t soak my nails at all. I have always had healthy nails and never any major damage from gel manicures or removals in almost 15 years, but my nails are absolutely destroyed from what the technician did and it will take me months to get them back to a decent place. Not only that, she buffed down some of my actual nail but left a ton of the gel base on, so I had to go soak off the rest myself. See photo of immediately after the service. I won’t ever go back there again. Disappointing bc it is clean and it’s near my house.
