Coco nail is my favorite nail salon. The employees are nice the prices are fair and they give amazing massages. I would defiantly recommend this nail salon

I’ve been going to this salon for some time now and service began to decline since last 3 visits. Today something happened outrageous! I left $15 tip and apparently it wasn’t enough so the person got rude with me. She refused to give free 15 min back rub that was part of my spa pedicure and kicked me to another person saying I have to tip them and she doesn’t want to deal with me anymore. Not mention that my nail polish was applied unevenly and my eye brows were done with so much attitude and pain! I would never go back again to this greedy unprofessional place!

I had a wonderful experience at Coco Nail & Spa in Stamford, CT today. I am visiting family nearby and went in for dip extension manicure and spa pedicure to prep for a wedding this weekend. The staff was so friendly when I checked in and helpful while picking out my colors. I showed photos of what I wanted with my nails and Jean was fantastic. She helped me find the right color match and took great care and had expert attention to detail. I also got a lovely 10 minute neck/back massage, usually I decline but today it was much needed and SO relaxing. If I could give 6/5 stars I would!

The staff is friendly, and they offer many services and color options for your nails. The pedicures are good, and they still offer a base pedicure (no callus removal or extra moisturizing) for $28. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience getting dip powder extensions here. There was a gap between my nail and the extension, so things were getting stuck and it was a pain to clean. The dip powder was also not buffed down sufficiently, so I had these blunt, thick, uneven nails. I could not scratch anything because the nail was so blunt, so that was frustrating. Luckily, I found someone near me to fix the nails. I went with a few friends, and I was the only one who had a bad outcome; everyone else is happy with their nails

I had an awful experience here, I went in for a manicure, the woman was so rough with my nails I thought she was going to file right through to my skin, when she finally applied the nail polish it was so lumpy and bumpy, not an even coat at all, if I knew how to attach a photo here I would, they look awful. But that isn’t the reason I decided to write a review- I mainly felt the need to write this to warn others that they will hide hidden fees from you and change their pricing at your appointment! I asked the woman right when I came in how much a manicure costs because I’ve never been to their salon before, she told me it was $10 for a manicure, So I said that’s fine and proceeded to do the manicure. then after the manicure was finished she told me it was $15...
