CoCo Nails and Spa

A separate review is also on Yelp. To make the long story short, I left Coco Nails and Spa extremely disappointed!!! I received a sloppy work from an unskilled employee! No one spoke English to explain what was going on. Nail polish is all over around the skin and dead skin is not removed as you will see on the pictures that I will upload. The so claimed “manager” didn’t care - they charged me full amount but I did not leave the lousy tech any tips.

Oh where to start. (Full review on yelp)I show up and show the man at the reception desk pic 3 which you’ll see below and say “this is what I want!” He says “you want acrylic?” I say “yes please.” He says “ombré?” I say “yes.” (Correct me if I’m wrong but those nails are not a solid color) he says “that’s 55 dollars” I say “okay perfect!” Hey says “okay go sit down” I sit. He himself comes to the table a few minutes later He finishes and I go pay for the nails. (This is the point where I should’ve spoken up) I tipped him 10 bucks so I paid 65 overall for the service. Not only were my cuticles not pushed back, some of the nails were crooked, and there was little to no ombré in them. They’re the second pic below. I went to talk to the manager. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I rarely write reviews, but this was hands down the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was rushed — which should’ve been a red flag considering the place was completely empty. The entire process felt hurried. The nail tech was literally standing while doing my nails and repeatedly checking the door to see if other customers would come in. There was no attention to detail or care. I’ve always received a hand massage with a gel manicure, but this time she just applied oil and sent me on my way. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional. I left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied, and I won’t be returning.

Went yesterday to get black and white ombre nails. The guy that did them was awful. Half of my nails arent even covered with acrylic/tips, I can see so much of my natural nail. He said he could do ombre, then another nail stylist came in after he rushed through a white base. Definitely do not recommend this place or the man. Ken was his name i think. Worst experience ever

I asked for a dip set and they charged me for a dip set, but applied acrylics, refuse to let me pay with my card, made me pay through Venmo. The ugliest nails I’ve gotten, and they caused so much damage to my own nail. I will never go here again.
