Last minute pedicure before heading out of town. Every other nail shop was closed at 630 but advertised closing at 730. I walked in coco nails at 714pm. They were exceptionally friendly offered me a beverage as if I was the first customer that day . Cody was the nail tech that serviced me. He made conversations & took his time. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I feel like I have new feet!

The young lady servicing me did greet me, but when I sat down, she turned the water to the hottest setting. I told her it was too hot. She turned the water cold then walked away and later returned with the water turning cold. When I let her know the water was now too cold, she appeared inconvenienced and had to remove some of the water with a container. Even after asking for additional hot water, the temperature was still not comfortable. I had gel polish on my toes and specifically requested that she not use a drill. There is a clearly posted sign stating that customers have the right to request no drill service. Despite this, she insisted she had to use the drill on top and proceeded to use it again after I repeated my request. Her body language throughout the service suggested she was

They did a beautiful job. They stayed open until 8:30 to finish me and my 2 daughters nails. The designs were also beautiful. Friendly, spacious and inviting atmosphere.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to check them out! I absolutely love it here and won’t be going anywhere else. they’re quick and so nice :) I couldn’t recommend them more
