Coco Nails & Spa | River Vale, NJ Nail Salon

This was the first time going to Coco Nails, based upon recommendations from friends. I got the basic manicure and Luxury Spa pedicure. James the owner explained the process to me. What an awesome experience if you want to be pampered. Elizabeth did the manicure and Tania the spa pedicure. They were both friendly and attentive to my needs. I joined the free membership program they have and will definitely go back.

I have not gone to any other nail salon since finding them which must be around 12 years ago. The difference between where I had gone and here is incredible! They are clean, do a beautiful job, truly massage my feet so I always get some extra foot massage and are so friendly! I moved about 15 minutes away 3 years ago and although there are many places closer, I drive here amd always will!

Very arrogant. Not personable. Have been going to Coco Nails for 4 years. I’m retired and so I am not as scheduled as I used to be and sometimes not in the area when I need services. I went to the shore and had my UV pink and white nails done there because I wasn’t at home. Yesterday I went back to Coco Nails and they wanted to charge me a full set for $120 because they didn’t like the product on my nails and wanted to remove it!! I was told this after my nails were cut and the old product was removed. The owner rudely spoke in another language to the nail stylist and then told me this. I should have been told this before the work was started. I did not agree and left with my nails unfinished. The color came out good but they were very rough on my nails and they cut up my fingers and cuticles, which has never happened to me before I got them yesterday my nails still hurt and burn.

I am beyond pleased with my nails!! Heeyoung did such a good job, she was so gentle and worked fabulously with my natural nails. I’m a very happy customer!!
