Coco Natural Hair Salon

A wonderful place to have your natural hair done. I’ve been going to Coco salon for about six years and have no intention of going anywhere else. She gifted when it comes to hair and hair styles. I’ve never left her shop unhappy, that because she a perfectionist and she aim to please.

Coco is the best! She is amazing at natural hair and I was sooo impressed! She took the time to do a through consultation before so that I was prepared for my upcoming appointment. I also am allergic to Wheat, which I was her first client with this problem, she did research on all the product lines that she uses to make sure that I was safe to use them. That's the extra mile that sets her apart from many others. I LOVE MY HAIR and my Locologist ❤️

So she canceled an appointment an hour after and never came to the shop. When I mentioned it, instead of taking responsibility and apologizing she sent me a nasty text message as if it were my fault as if I was the sheisty person, when all she had to do was apologize and reschedule, then it became about her health. I can't stand when businesses are unprofessional but then make excuses and get mad when you hold them accountable. At the end of the day, I'll spend my money where people are reliable and not frauds and the positive energy is real! Her energy is like her edges...nonexistent!

Most unprofessional lady I've ever seen, when a appointment is scheduled at a certain time no matter what she always is late, she thinks that people is on her time when an agreed time is set you stick to that commitment. You get your hair done by her one time she treats you like she don't even know you the second time. I scheduled an appointment and she said she would be late so I took the time to get a tire change and told her that I would be like 5 mins late the lady never showed up. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO TO SOMEONE THAT WANTS TO INVEST THIER TIME IN YOU!!!

If it were possible o would rate this place less than 1. I scheduled an appointment with her once. I told her I would be a little late. She said ok no problem. I get there she’s gone 😳. I wait over an hour for her to come back she never does. I have enough time to google other places call and schedule another appt somewhere else. As I’m driving to the new appt she calls me, Coco that is and say that she has me on video stealing her hair products and she is going to call the police on me. I welcomed her to do so. Gave her my address and everything. They never showed up. I didn’t steal from her. My recommendation NEVER ever go there PERIOD for anything in words of Trump total disaster lol.
