i LOVE this salon!! my family friend, Lexi, is the best hairstylist 🥹 i only trust her with my hair! it comes out perfect every time ☺️

I hadn't had my hair cut since the start of the pandemic, but as a gift from a friend for starting a new job, I was given a cut and color at Cocolo Spa. I appreciated that everyone was masked. It's a beautiful, clean, and welcoming place, but not at all pretentious. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. My stylist Dimas was amazing. The cut and highlights were superb and he was so easy to talk to. As an introvert, I sometimes find such occasions to be pretty awkward but this wasn't. I highly recommend treating yourself. Both the experience and the results are top notch.

Lexi Bortell has to be one of the most talented stylists I have ever been to!! I used to use box dye a lot, which made my hair look like a hodgepodge of different shades. Lexi was able to fix my mess in one visit!! Not only is she super talented, she is also so so kind and attentive. I am very picky about who does my hair (hence the box dye) and I trust Lexi 100000%. If you are looking for a new stylist— look no further!

This place is wonderful. If you want to get a hair wash like no ones business, you go and see Jackie and Lexi. I am sure the others that work there do a fantastic job as well. Jackie makes sure she has quality in her salon (products, services and staff). People have lost the art of washing hair. Its a huge part of getting your hair cut. I enjoy both of these (who wouldn't). Its supposed to be a relaxing time. And you def will get that here. They have other services there as well. Eyelash extensions and facials. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Love this new spa/salon in Albany! They have great customer service, always offer fresh coffee when you come in, and the spot itself is cute, quiet, and very relaxing. Jacqueline always does a fantastic job with my hair; I don't want to go anywhere else after seeing her!
