Tried this gem once, got lucky and was booked with Romeo, and now a regular with him. Romeo specializes in structural rehab, lymphatic drainage, and such a unique bodywork experience. Definitely see him if you’re an athlete looking to recover more efficiently, but also just in general if you want your body, mind, spirit to feel cleared and rejuvenated with healing juju. Can really tell he understands functional anatomy and reads the body so well, because he adapts his magic touch to open up the system each session and every time is special and intentionally crafted. Front desk has immaculate vibes. Scheduling is a breeze. Water in the waiting area is also a lovely thoughtful detail. Ambiance is excellence. Lia 10/10 my esthi-BESTIE! I have been booking with her since her last spa location, she gives the best most relaxing facials and my go to for lash lifts and tint! It’s always such a great experience. She gives the best consultations and recommendations. I’ve been to other places before, but Lia at Cocoon definitely has a different touch. The lift is always perfect, she has the most accommodating and welcoming energy. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and the entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. Love Lia!!! I wanted to share some positivity for a change. My experience at the Noe Valley Cocoon Day Spa was so friendly and relaxing. I especially appreciated the superior one- on -one interaction with their aesthetician, Ellie. She’s so professional and gentle with her facials. My skin feels very fresh and more youthful. I’m planning to return soon for a spray tan.

I’ve been going to Cocoon and Kristina B for a few years and she is truly exceptional! Her ability to blend relaxation with targeted muscle work always sort me out. She introduced me to cupping therapy for my chronic knots, and it has made a huge difference. Every session leaves me feeling completely refreshed, highly recommend her! Also, the gals at the front desk are so nice!
