Colley Executive Offices - Granby Street

We have office space within the CEO building, and we couldn't be happier. Everything from management to maintenance is on point, and tenant service has always been exceptional. It is wonderful to have our clients greeted upon entry by the receptionist. Because my work often carries into the evening hours and at times on the weekends, I always feel safe entering and exiting the building due to the brightly lit parking lot, cameras, and a secured facility (tenants only have the electronic key). Lastly, I also have been pleased the office environment is quiet, which allows me to focus. Quiet doesn't mean that opportunity doesn't arise for us to meet our fellow neighbors within CEO. I needed to move out of my home office and settled on Colley Executive Offices - other places were loud, busy and flashy and I some of my patients had anxiety visiting me at other types of "co-working" spaces in the past so I was scared to consider another one. I like how close to my house this location is and how clean and beautiful and quiet my office is. The owners are all a family and I like how much they care about me. One time the building lost power and the owner was out for two days straight in the freezing weather to dig the electrical wires out of the ground and I don't think I'll ever find that much attention from other places.

I'm the artist resident at Granby location and cannot be more happier with the managment and office environment... clean and inviting for tenants and visitors. I like the fact that my monthly fee is under one price, all is included. I also like the way the management is creating network opportunities between the tenants - all their CEO locations. I had a few custom orders for mixed media art on canvas, very pleased how the tenants support each other. If you are looking for an office space, stop by and see for yourself. Giving this place one star is being generous, if you are a person of color (specifically African American) I would discern if this is the right building for your business. My business partner and I met with the property manager, Mike, several months ago and were turned down for reasons unbeknownst to us. We were more than capable of affording the rent for the space, multiple times over. I firmly believe the rejection had a great deal to do with the color of mine and my business partner's skin. The property manager's body language said it all, especially since my business partner was the one who made the appointment and we were practically given the cold shoulder. As not only an African American woman, but a young African American woman, I know this is all apart of the process. The only
