Colome Nails

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the start, the staff was rude and handled my hands in a harsh, careless manner, which made the service uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the technician stepped outside to smoke during my service, leaving me sitting there mid-appointment. That is extremely unprofessional.

Very very disrespectful they said things about client in they own language please don’t go at this salon the lady in the glasses she’s not nice very rude and she did my nails so terrible 😞 I won’t be going back there . Please take your business to somewhere more. Comfortable

These people don’t know how to treat clients, they’re so disrespectful and rude. When we ask to change color cause we don’t like it (when she puts it on one finger), they yell at us and start joking about what we said in their own language and laugh very loudly at clients. They make clients feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed for asking questions, demanding a service or a change. Very disrespectful, rude and horrible service.

Went to get my regular gel filling n pedicure. A few days later I was getting a terrible itch in my finger nail. Went back in 2days and told the lady at the first manicure table who did my nails What was going on and to remove the gel. Bcuz my finger blew up and turned black n blue. She told me to go to urgent care. I said not until you remove everything off my nail. She had someone else remove it. I went to urgent care and had to get my finger nail drained. It was all infected full of puss. I had 3 needles in my finger nail and was told I had a terrible infection. It was so bad I was put on antibiotics for 7days. The pain I went thru was unbearable. Dont wish this on anyone. I've been getting my nails done forever and never had a problem. Doctor said this happened bcuz they are dirty very

I have been coming to this location for years now. Have bought family and friends. And it’s always been a place I could rely on to do nails last minute by my home. I went in today for pedicure and dip powder manicure along with another person. There was no wait when initially came and but people came in and I was skipped to do my hand nails. It was over a half an hour I waited when it could of been maybe 5 mins. The other person in my party was done. I bought it to two peoples, one which was the owner, attention and was ignored and given an attitude. Don’t think I will be back. The quality of service is not worth the wait or attitude.
