I tried this place out last September. I wanted blond highlights. First, while she applied the material, she pulled my hair so hard that my entire scalp was tender for days after and mind you, i am not tender headed whatsoever. Secondly, she left me in the rinsing chair with some sort of conditioner on my hair for over an hour while she dyed another ladies hair...laying back that long was brutal. Thirdly, once my hair was all done, my hair at the roots were awful. The only way i can describe it is by saying it looked like tiger stripes all over my entire head. My daughter was like, "no mama, that is not okay." So i reached out to Deborah, the stylist, to let her know and i sent pics. She told me to apply purple shampoo for 15min. All that did was turn my hair purple just in time for my vac

My friend went here and they completely fried her hair she lost her curl pattern and then because of their mistake they chopped off half of her hair and didn’t even do her hair the right color. Would not recommend if you are Latina or a person of color or have any type or mixed hair.
