COLOR NAIL BAR

Please don’t listen to the other good reviews - they BETTER have been to be bribed to make them 💀 this establishment is a scam. Charging an extra $3 through out the whole manicure for “long lasting top coat” and then the nail chips 3 hours after you leave. I went back the next day and asked for them to redo the chipped nail, and they made me TIP THE LADY WHO FIXED THE NAIL ? After my $70 + tip gen manicure the day before. Then 2 days after my nail was fixed more nails started chipping. A total waste of $$. I know if you’re a kips bay / Murray hill girl in the area it seems like a convenient location, but please take it from me (live right next to the place) DO. NOT. COME. HERE!

I am never going back to this place!!! I got a pedicure which was decent and a white color gel manicure which was horrible. It changed/lost the color the same night I got it done. They were hurting me while doing it & didn't care at all. They charged me so much & took a mandatory high tip. They were rude as well.

This place is the absolute BEST!!! You haven’t lived in NYC unless you’ve had a manicure by Vicky with nail art! She is so meticulous and can create almost anything your heart desires! Joy is my favorite! She is an expert at nails and gives the best head and neck massages!!! My husband and all my friends love Color Nails Bar. Definitely a must try! I’ve been a regular for 5 years and 8 years with these two ladies!! Love love love them!

This nail salon offers powder dip and nail art so if you are in the market for either of those this may be a good spot. I was disappointed in my Gel Manicure. The lady did not cut or even push back my cuticles (which is something I value) after I requested she please do several times she still did not. I felt very rushed. Additionally I would have preferred they not use the electric tool to take off my gel - it can damage your nails. Mostly, I was bummed that she didn't paint down to the base of my nail bed and that the nails look really thick and uneven. It was a $39 rush job

The managers are so sweet and truly have a zeal to know their customers. I am always pleased with my nails. Vicki and Joy do an amazing job of leading their team, using quality products (my nails last 5 weeks +), having a pleasant culture in the space and ensuring great service! Plus they can do soooo many great designs!
