Color Nail Salon

I recently moved to the area and got a pedicure last week, so I figured I tried their sns. The first thing that went wrong is when I asked for a soak off, they left my hand in the acrylic remover for too long. Then the lady that decided to do my nails told me I could not do the color that I wanted. If you give me a choice of colors to choose from and I decided I want to do gold and then you keep persisting that it's not a good color that itself is a turn off. After I caved in and went with a different color, she proceeded to rush the service that she was giving me. She cut my natural nails way too short and said they needed to be even. Went into the business for a regular pedicure for 20$$ and once seated I was forced to pick another pedicure from the list shown. I got a jelly and mint pedicure the most expensive one and my feet was only in the jelly for 20 mins. My toenails were trimmed and filed dry and I did not like like that. It was the most expensive rushed pedicure service I have ever received. I would never return here nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Zoe is the name of the lady who performed my services and she was friendly but I’m not satisfied with my treatment. The place is spacious and clean and the crowd is more conservative.

I came in to get a pedicure and the owner was rude and nasty to me . I asked if they removed acrylic from toes which was put on by one of their pedicurist. She told me they don’t remove the acrylic and if they do they use metro cards which they aren’t supposed to. When i tried to ask a question she got nasty towards me and told everyone available not to do my pedicure. I’ve been coming to this salon for more than 10 years and never been treated this badly. This nail salon thrives off the dollars of black woman and we are mistreated and disrespected when all we do is ask simple questions. They no longer have to worry about me spending my hard earned money for the nasty service they gave me today.
