This place is a complete and total joke. Please do not waste your money getting the Groupon for the tattoo removal. I’ve had two sessions on a tattoo that is less than the size of a penny and I have seen absolutely no improvement. The owner said she would refund my money through Groupon, but she still hasn’t done it. Take your business elsewhere, they are just going to try to suck more money out of you and do unnecessary unlimited sessions. SCAM!

Just finished my second treatment and already see a huge difference! She uses another machine that blasts super cold air that essentially makes the treatment painless. The technician was also flexible and kind!

I had an amazing experience at this clinic for my laser tattoo removal! The owner, Vivian, was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process (even answering my questions when I reached out on Instagram after business hours. She explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The space was clean, professional, and comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re considering tattoo removal!

I have had tons of tattoo removal sessions with other companies and I never received the honest care that I did until I came here. I knew my technician was giving her best for me and not just out to get my money. She was also very competent and considerate to make the procedure the least painful experience possible. I am so appreciative!

I’ve never had such a bad experience with a med spa before, I’m actually shocked. I genuinely don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. I pre paid for three laser tattoo removal sessions last week and I’ve been calling this spa every day since then trying to book an appointment. I’ve left three voicemails and a few texts, she responded back in a text saying sorry about being unresponsive and I answered immediately and then never heard back again. I’ll include a screen shot of it. It seems to be just one lady who works here and runs the whole thing and she doesn’t seem to care at all about new clients. I wasted a hundred dollars on appointments that I’ll never be able to book, but I’m going to try to get it refunded. Don’t waste your time here she obviously doesn’t care about her
