I’ve gone here for a few years now and usually have a good experience. Today I came in for an appointment, I was seated and had to wait for the employee to finish what she was doing on her phone before even being greeted. Throughout my appointment, the employee kept checking her phone, whispering to other employees, not once engaging with me. When she asked what base color I wanted I said “classic” as that is what I always do. She grumbled and said “NO. Pink or nude” and then told me to recheck the original design I gave her. I said nude and conveniently she pulled out the acrylic powder titled “classic”. She told me it would be $98, when the most I’ve paid even with a design like this is $70. I got the herbal pedicure which was absolutely amazing. I feel like they go an above and beyond every single time. And a full set of gel x nails. For both my toes and fingers I got gel, which raises the price of service. This is my favorite place to go, my price includes my tip. I wouldn’t go or change anything, the ladies are always so welcoming and detail oriented.

Finally found my forever salon! The technicians are knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. From what I saw from others and my own nails these artists go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you desire. Each member of this team works together to create a professional and relaxing atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend this location. UPDATE: My third visit here and Vy does not disappoint! Love coming here! My acrylic full sets have always been amazing — I can usually go 3–4+ weeks before needing a fill. I tried Gel-X with them this time and probably won’t do it again. One nail chipped within two days, so I went in for a fix. Then I noticed some lifting after a week and had to go back again. They ended up redoing the entire set for free. My original tech redid the set, but it still turned out just okay, I worry it might lift within the week again. I still appreciate the great customer service and would probably request a different nail tech next time.

Absolutely amazing, they were extremely patient and kind. My friend and I walked in and it was FULL! They sat us both within 5 minutes. They helped me pick out a color for design choice. Our nails turned out beautifully! Definitely coming back
