I just got back from having my hair highlighted to camouflage the grays and have a refreshing cut. Scott did such an incredible job. He definitely knows coloring techniques. My husband was shocked at how amazing my hair looked. He said, you would never know that I had gray plus the cut is the best he has ever seen on me. I totally agree! The extra conditioning treatment as so worth it. Thank you Scott!!!!!

I have been going to Scott at Concept Cutters for 18 years!! Yes, 18!! Anyone who knows me, knows that I am OCD about my hair. Scott is the only person who has touched my hair since I moved to Jacksonville from NJ. In short, he's amazing - he knows color...he's honest about what will or won't work with your hair....and is just an all around great person. This is a family owned place that has treated me like part of the family since 1998!!! I will never go elsewhere....I drive from Saint Johns county just to get my hair done!

I was a walk in 1994, 2 days before my wedding, I have been with Scott ever since. I have recommended numerous clients since then, none have been disappointed. I LOVE Concept Cutters. My daughter and I have been going to Scott for 15+ years. He is always on point with all type of hairstyles old or new. They are the only salon I trust for coloring my hair. They did a wonderful job styling my daughter's hair for prom too. Just a few months ago when Scott was coloring my hair, I met a wonderful lady who also had an appt. and even though she has moved several states away , when she knows she will be traveling by Atlantic Beach on her way down to south FL, she will book an appt. because Concept Cutters have always taken care of her.
