I am new to this salon, and Tammy made an amazing first impression. When I called to ask questions and book an appointment for the very next day, she recognized me by my voice. That truly impressed me. Not many people can do that. From my very first nail appointment, the service was amazing and I absolutely loved my nails. After many appointments with Tammy, I can honestly say I love having her as my nail tech. She takes great care and pride in her work, always helping me find the perfect color that not only matches my inspiration photo but also complements my skin tone. Tammy is always happy and welcoming, and I leave every appointment feeling refreshed and completely in love with my nails. I’m so happy I found Tammy at this nail salon and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Response to tech 11/16/25: The appointment took two hours because the same mistake was repeated, something that could have been avoided with more care and without rushing the process. On top of that, none of the additional feedback I shared in my review was acknowledged. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed and treated like an inconvenience. I spoke up only because I didn’t feel I was being treated fairly. You said you tried to fix the issue, yet you rushed me the moment I started checking to see if the issue was fixed. When it became obvious that you were irritated, I stopped speaking up and just wanted the appointment to be over. No one wants to sit through a service with someone who’s visibly upset. I just left the place with my daughter. My technician was Ken. I would like to say that my nails are the opposite of what I asked for. I explained to him that I needed my nails rounder than last time. I mentioned it a few times and I ended up with square nails. At the end, I told him they looked nice because I just didn’t want to be that person 😢 I tried to make conversation but he gave me no answer and if he doesn’t speak English he didn't tell me. When I went to pay, the lady was a bit rude. I told her that I wanted to make an appointment for my daughter for a regular manicure with gel. After that she lost me, she kept if I wanted regular or gel and apparently there’s no regular gel manicure. I guess there’s only gel manicure so she ended up telling me that I was making her confused (

This nail salon is truly the best of the best. They always stay on top of the latest trends and nail colors. Every time, my nails turn out exactly how I wanted them. No other salon around can compare! People always ask where I got my nails done, and I happily recommend this place. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Gina gave me the prettiest gel manicure ever! 💅 The color is flawless, and it’s been over two weeks with no chips at all. Highly recommend her for anyone who loves long-lasting nails!
