My 15 year old daughter went in for a haircut and got only 2 inches cut straight but was charged $20, with 0 explanation. Last month when I was with her and paid for her and my haircuts I was charged $13 for her exact same haircut. Do you charge more when kids pay for their own haircuts instead of when they come in with a parent?

This salon provided a truly unprofessional and disappointing experience during my son's haircut. After previously recommending the business, I brought my son and brother-in-law in for services. The experience for my 2-year-old son was terrible. The first stylist assigned to my son was dismissive and had a very poor attitude. After briefly glancing at a picture I showed her, she told me to take him to a barber instead. After I spoke with the owner and requested a different person, the second stylist was even more inappropriate. She handled my son roughly and spoke to him in a harsh, demanding tone that was frightening for a toddler. I had to intervene and hold his head myself to ease him. Walked in with my husband and son to get haircuts. As soon as we walked in the two women that were there walked in the back. We waited 15 minutes and neither one of the women walked out to take care of the us. Very disappointed. This happened on 2/18/2026 @545pm

If you have thick curly hair cut in layers I don’t recommend coming here. The lady I had was very nice, we had great conversation and she straightened my hair to my liking but the cut looks very choppy in the back. But to be honest I was scared this was gonna happen which is why I hardly ever get my hair done unless I know 100 percent the person can do my style hair. I noticed more when I got to my next destination and was able to really look at it. If you have short straight hair I say go for it… I have to get the cut fixed in the back now.

I love this place. I've never have to wait long to get seen. Staff is friendly and engages you in conversation. The hair cuts are only $10. There is plenty of parking and the facility is wheelchair friendly. There is an ATM located inside.
