Customer Reviews
I am a person who constantly writes great reviews and very very rarely writes negative reviews. My first instinct is always to give a business the opportunity to make things right — and I did in this case — but unfortunately the overall experience left me very disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled for a gel builder set. The pricing is definitely on the high side, which I don’t mind if the quality and service match the cost. To start, I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I was there with a friend, and because of the delay, we didn’t finish at the same time, which was frustrating but manageable. The real issue was the quality of the work and the final price. The breakdown was $65 for gel builder, $20 to add gel color, $10 for cuticle cutting, and $15 for chro
Horrible. I’ve given them a number of tries now & each pedicure has been disappointing, to say the least. $67 for a gel polish pedicure (no design) and look at my feet immediately after leaving. No moisture whatsoever & nail polish on my skin, which I tried to clean up myself.
I came into this salon and asked for a gel pedicure. My water was luke warm & there was no plastic cover placed in my foot bowl. By the time my pedicure was half way finished the water was cold. The male employee that did my pedicure did an amazing job the first time I came but this time he did a terrible job & half of what he did last time I came. He did not ask me if I would like to do a soak off he literally filed my toes & ripped the old gel & acrylic set off with cuticle removers & the pedicure was just terrible. After I questioned him about my pedicure he seemed very unbothered so I stopped him. Removed the rest of the gel myself at home . He tried to polish my toes with acrylic and gel still on them. & he ruined the shape of my toe nails. The owner & other workers are rude as well.
All the staff are so friendly! I love getting my mani and pedi down here and they make my brows look so good!! Even when they are super busy with appointments and then walk ins, they are still respectful, let you know if you may be waiting awhile! 10 out of 10 service always!
Wildly overpriced! Went in with a girlfriend, I was getting a poly gel fill, she was getting a pedicure. We asked if it was possible to be sat near each other and were at totally opposite ends of the salon even though it was empty, not a big deal. Sat down with my tech and she started trying to apply acrylic, I let her know I had poly gel and she was a bit rude from that correction on. Then at check out was charged $80! The receipt breakdown was $50 for fill, $20 for gel polish, $10 for French. What?! $30 for just the paint? Insane.
