Concourse Nail Bar

I tried my nails here for the first time, and I had Vinny refill my builder gel. I usually see my usual builder gel technician, but I couldn’t make my appointment today. So, I looked online for a place nearby that works with builder gel. I saw a review that they did a great job, so I called and asked if they accepted walk-ins. They said yes! It was only about 20 minutes from my place, and I walked right in. I was seated right away and met the nail tech. I was a little nervous because my nail tech has a specific way of prepping and applying the builder gel, and Vinny didn’t, and I think he noticed haha. Towards the end, we started talking more about him and doing nails, and I could tell he noticed I wasn’t a regular here, but he still did a great job. It’s not what I’m used to, but consider

My second visit at this nail spot and I am satisfied. Cindy was my nail tech this time and she understood the assignment. I showed her a pic of what I wanted done, she did that !!!! My pedicure was nice as well and I like how they listen to what and how I want my shape, color and designs to be. I recommend this place !! I will also add, I got my last set done at a different spot. I came to Cindy for a fill in and will be returning for a whole new set!! I don’t know how to leave a new review so I am editing this one to add, James did my full set this time (cheetah print) and I am stunned. He is super talented!! Thanks again for making my day

I've been visiting here for over a year now, and it's become such a special part of my life. I love bringing my whole family along for relaxing spa days. Every visit has been wonderful, and I've really come to know and appreciate each staff member — they feel like family to us. Everyone is always so courteous and gentle, which means a lot, especially since one of my family members has diabetes. My nails always look fantastic, whether I go for a bold cat-eye design, gel nails, 3D artwork, or just a simple manicure and pedicure. The nail technicians truly are artists at heart.

Concourse Nail Bar is my go-to neighborhood spot for a gel manicure. It’s convenient, comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Emily does a consistently good job, and the rest of the team is pleasant as well. I appreciate that it’s an easy place to unwind, with a massage chair and the option of a glass of wine while you relax. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable spot in the neighborhood and I’m always happy with my visit.

This salon is very clean and their staff is nice and patient. Eyelashes done by Ms. Spring who was super sweet and gentle. Lashes are a little thicker than I usually get but that was my fault for not stating what I wanted first but I actually really like them. Nail tech Lee is also really sweet and he listens and pays attention to detail. Second time here and I continue to come.
